Every question carrying negative mark and how many???

You don't have mention about exam. Marking scheme of every exam is different.  Some consider negative marking while some exam does not consider it .

Most of the competitive exam consider negative marking.

Negative marking occurs when a candidate gives wrong answer. 0.25 marks is dedcuted for every wrong answer.Hencer a candidate lose 1 mark if he/she gives 4 wrong answer.

So candidate must take care of negative marking. They should first answer questions about which they are 100% sure.
