Unfortunately I would say that you have scored little less to have seat In a government college.
According to 2018 statistics, the cutoff for jalgaon government college in neet was 490 which is greater than which is obtained by you so I don't think there are hardly any chance for you to have government seat.
Don't loose hopes just find your final result and then your marks will decide your college.
