See there are different Government Medical College in India which offer MBBS course and different institutions have different fee structure, since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information but we can help you out with general fee for MBBS course.
If you take admission in any Government Medical college for MBBS through AIQ then the highest fee is that of Goa Medical College, Panaji at INR 89,500/- per year whereas if you go through state quota then the highest fee will be in Maharashtra and that is around INR 71,000/-.
