I can get 64 percentile can I get any nit I am st category rank is 9000 so we can get or not in any nits

Seriously saying there is very less chances to get nit with 9000 rank in st category. But there is a little hope to get seat in nit srinagar, nit uttrakhand, nit meghalaya, so I suggest you to sit in counselling and stick till the last round of JOSSA counselling. Till last round you will definitely get seat in nits.
