For 130 marks which iit is suitable for computer science

Considering you are an general category aspirant, the crl rak in jee advanced would be around 9000 and there are no chances of getting cse in any of the iits (newly established too).
But with 9000 rank you will be able to fetch other branches in different iits(lower branches like biotech,plastics,ceramics in top ranked iits) and (,good branches in the lately established )

Your JEE Advance marks are low. Your desired branch may not get so. Because their is more competition. In this case you may not get. Counselling is done based on merit base only. If you score well in exam you get an admission in a good IIT. Rightnow chance is less. Don't worry keep hope.
