For a student with CAP reservation they have a vertical distribution of 1% in 85% seat quota so the score for govt colleges will be all India cutoff or the cutoff of the particular state like for AP the state cutoff is expected to be 500 and the all India cutoff is 560 so will I be allowed seat considering 500 or 560

If the CAP (Children of Armed Personnel/Ex-Servicemen) reservation is treated as a vertical reservation within the 85% state quota , then your admission will be considered under the state counselling merit and cutoff , not the All India Quota (AIQ) cutoff . The 85% state quota is filled by the respective state counselling authority, while the 15% AIQ is conducted separately by MCC.
