Most govt. and reputed colleges take CUET-UG (like IPU, DU, BHU). Some private/state universities conduct their own entrance test or offer direct admission based on 12th marks.
Eligibility:
- Must have passed 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
- Minimum marks: usually 50% (45% for reserved categories).

NEET is generally not required for Bachelors in Physiotherapy course as most institutes give admissions on the basis of Class 12th Marks (PCB) or through their own entrance exams.
Although it is not compulsory, still some colleges require NEET for the degree and this trend is increasing due to the new ICAHP guidelines.
So you could give NEET and even if you score low, you could get college on the basis of 12th marks.
