For aiims mbbs it is displayed that for eg closing rank for sc category is 20678 so it is all India rank or its category rank plzz reply??

The closing rank displayed in the AIIMS website for separate categories is the student's All India Rank(rank under general category). SC rank will be much lesser than this. So you don't take wrong decisions seeing this closing rank and misinterpreting it.
