Admission is all the medical colleges in India are done through NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER for MBBS. To become a doctor in Army you need to possess an MBBS degree from a recognised colleges in which you would get admission from any of the above mentioned exam. Hence, you would require to take the NEET or the other 2 entrances for that.
