As here you ask about marks required for BHMS admission in government colleges so every Government College have there different cutoff for BHMS course. Generally it is around 300 to 350 to get any government college and you get private college you have to qualify Neet exam.

you need to score marks equivalent to at least 50th percentile. However, in case you belong to ST category, you will need to score marks equivalent to 40th percentile in NEET .
It is not possible to give exact numbers as cut off changes every year due to various factors , you need to score 300 and more at least.

lately regarding various cutoff for admission to Health science courses.

Tentative cutoff for these courses are as follows

BAMS and BDS have somewhat similar cutoff as nowadays students take admission to these courses .

BDS - 450+ for Govt Colleges and 400+ for Private Colleges

BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi-Government and 350+ for Private

BHMS - 300+ should suffice because there are only private colleges.
