If you want to get a seat from Delhi quota in any competitive examinations like JEE Mains , JEE Advanced ,NEET , etc . , you only need to study class 12 in school located in India . This is the only criteria to avail any quota .

If you want to avail any Home State quota , then you need to pass class 12 from that State.
