Hey Mansi!
Since the Government Medical College, Panaji, is a Government college, Delhi candidates can only apply under the NEET 15% All India Quota scheme since the remaining 85% seats are reserved for Goa domicile candidates. So out of the 150 seats on offer, Delhi candidates are eligible for 22 seats under All India Quota.
As per the NEET 2017 cut off trends, the last candidate to secure a seat under All India Quota through the General category at GMC Panaji secured 577 marks out of 720. For SC seats, the lowest marks were 465.
Since cutoffs vary from year to year, I would recommend you target a score of 580+ if applying through the General Category and 470+ for the SC category through NEET 2018 to maximize your chances of admissions at GMC Panaji.
Hope this helps! All the best!
