According to NTA guidelines and rules, both the answers will be evaluated as correct answers. Since 2018, when JEE Mains went online, both the answers have been considered correct. So you don't have to worry about it. The number of significant digits in both the answers are same. You will get full marks for the answer that you've provided during the examination. Good luck.
Yes, you will be awarded marks for your answer. Since your answer and the correct answer are same except the extra zeroes put by you as a prefix to the answer which does not have any value. Hence your answer is right.
