For neet state counseling, if I had not register for first round counselling, will I'll be able to fill for second round

Most of the states don't allow to appear in 2nd round of counselling if someone hasn't appeared in first one. However, it would be better if you mention your state so that I may provide you more accurate answer.

During registration with deemed universities medical colleges is that we have to pay registration fee of each university medical college separately or single fee for all choices
