For private BDS colleges in Maharashtra in some of their fees structure they mention open fees and ews fees. The student is from open catering and has an EWS certificate, so in the college admission process the demand draft we would have to keep ready will be of EWS fees or open fees ? And similarly in subsequent years what fees would have to be paid?

Then the fee payable is generally the ews fee applicable to that seat, not the open category fee.
