for special reservation ( pwd) during choice filling we need to put college and institute will tell the courseor we can itself tell the course preferred.

I hope you are doing well about your question, u see choice feeling for any course or institution will be based on your merit.

Now there are various things to consider like if you are going for courses like medical or bsc or engineering in top college ( any science discipline) u need to ans certain entrance exam like neet or jee. Than based on the score you obtain you will have to check the cut–off for various institutions. During the process of councilling the councillor will offer you a seat and institutions based on your merit. Higher your rank more better the options, lower the rank more likely u won't get a good seat. So I can say it entirely depends on the rank u achieve. Some institution don't take students based on entrance they accept students based on merit of 12th class but such colleges not necessarily offer the best to the students.

Seat availability is another issue if seat is available you will be allocated a seat in the field you wish to study or the councilor will show u other subjects available or perhaps a different college itself were u can get a seat.
