Under government Run institutions about 300 extra seats will be added to compensate the e w s quota reservation. The Medical Council of India is yet to approve the decision and if it is approved close to 300 seats will be added in the existing 1506 seats of Medical and BDS in Telangana. So you have to wait for the nod of of Medical Council of India until it is implemented in the admission process in the future
