With less than 4 months in NEET exam, I advise you to focus on your Class XI and XII syllabus. NCERT books for Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be helpful for you to clear your basics.
Revise everything that you read and try to be positive. There is no fixed rule to follow, you need to make your own timetable because you know about your strong and weak areas.
The questions asked in the exam will be multiple choice questions, therefore, you are required to solve a lot of questions every single day. For this, you can either take mock tests or you can buy books which have good sample papers.
As you know, there will be negative marking for every wrong question. It is suggested to only mark questions about which you are certain and for that, you need to be thorough with your topics.
