Hello,
GFTI stands for Government funded Technical Institutions. Thes points to the state level goverment engineering college which has high demand after IIITs. It mostly accepts JEE Main as it is a National Level Entrance examination. EAMCET college has it own state level entrance and it accepts EAMCET for admission.
You can consider like two different places where the culture is same. The course and syllabus are same.
We can't compare them as both has completely different features. Both are best at its position.
