Not all departments of Army, Navy and Air Force offer career options for female candidates. Only a few do.For example, female candidates are not eligible for NDA, which is an exam after 12th. However, you can join the forces after the completion of your graduation through CDS exam. For CDS exam also, you as a female candidate are not eligible for Navy or Air Force, but are only eligible for Officers Training Academy (OTA - Women, Non-Technical) but you need to be between 19 to 25 years of age while applying for CDS. Plus you need to have a graduation degree from any discipline for Officers Training Academy (OTA - Women, Non-Technical).

Yes you can apply any defence like Indian air force, Indian army, police etc.. you search after 12th qualification defence job and you also search technical because you have a diploma.
This is not mandatory to achive B.sc degree you also apply your interested post like defense.
