Good afternoon, i m completed my diploma with medical laboratory technician after 12th and my Bsc is running now..can i applied for defenc?

Yes you can apply any defence like Indian air force, Indian army, police etc.. you search after 12th qualification defence job and you also search technical because you have a diploma.
This is not mandatory to achive B.sc degree you also apply your interested post like defense.
