    Hi Aspirant. Your question is not clear. You have also not told about the university which has announced its cutoff as 73%-80% . But if you telling that you have got 70.4% and the cutoff is 73-80%, then I am afraid you have got less percentage and hence it will be hard for you to secure a seat in your desired University.
