Good morning sir. I got 140 marks in amrita entrance . which rank will come to me ? I hope cse or ece will come to me. Is it possible sir ?

Congratulations on your stellar performance in AEEE. Well you have got quite a descent score and on analysis of past trends for Rank vs marks, your rank could lie around 2-3k. The chances of getting CSE are bit slim unless you are eligible for state quota as it hardly has 280 seats available and around 50 percent of it is reserved for local candidates. The past trends tell that the closing ranks are close to 1.5k under open quota and around 5k for state quota. You have better chances for ECE as closing ranks go till 3k for open quota.

Note- I can't assure anything as the previous trends for Rank vs marks are likely to shoot up this time, which could hamper your chances.

You have scored a very decent score and your rank should be around 2.4K and its too good to get the CSE seat or specialization whether you belong to tamil nadu or not. You can definitely get core CSE if your home state is Tamil Nadu otherwise if you are not from Tamil Nadu then you can get CSE(specialization) for sure and maybe core CSE also.
