It's not compulsory to stick the same photograph on your admit card or take it to the exam center. You can take any photo of yours but make sure it should be of recent one and not older than at least 3 months. Photograph is required for the exam for identification of the candidate in order to confirm that it the same candidate who has applied for the exam and is appearing. So don't worry. Do take any of your original ID proofs- Aadhar card/Voter's ID/PAN card along with your NEET 2019 admit card at the exam center.

Dear Priya, if you don't have the same photo, please carry along with you a recent photograph. Even a photocopy of the photograph doesn't help and serve the purpose. As long as the photo you are carying shows that it is you, you can take any photograph but a recent one is always helpful for easy identification.
