got 40 percentile in jee is there any chance in geting admission to low profile govt college foe cse course for general candidate

Since you are having a very low percentile it is very hard to get even low profile government college and that for CSE and also you are a general candidate.

Try to improve your percentile for atleast 80.

But don't loose hope still you have chance to get some very low profile colleges with some other branches like production engineering or metallurgy or mechanical.

But it is very difficult to get govt college. Either you try to improve your percentile or try to go for private colleges.
