With 487 marks and belonging to general category it is bit difficult to get govt medical college but you might can get through state quota only. Through all India quota getting govt medical College is of no chance. State quota cut off is comparatively lower than all india  quota cut off. It is difficult for me to suggest you colleges as you have not mentioned your domicile state. I provided a link below which can help you to find college as per your neet score.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

You have very few chances of getting colleges which are under government maintained by COMEDK. They extend Their cutoff till a lower rank and you may get a seat there. Else you can try for Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara or Jawaharlal Nehru institute of medical sciences, Belgaum. The fees is also low and college is a nice one.
