got 59000 AIR belongs to AP,OBC creamy(>7 Lacs) can i claim reservation in state?

Hi dear,
As your Category is OBC creamy layer you can not claim seat in reservation category but you can get seat Under UR category in Home State Quota. You can't get seat in any of the government medical college with this All India Rank even under UR category.
