As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for State EBC candidates was 9022, and your rank is right on the borderline, there seems to be a 50-50 chance of you getting a seat in CNLU Patna. Since the cutoffs are expected to be high this year, I suggest you to to keep your options open and consider other institutes or NLUs as well.
