You haven't stated the entrance exam you have appeared. If the details provided is of JEE Mains then you can apply for any NIT college accross India you will get an CSE branch also. You have the eligibilty. NIT are the best college after IIT.
If the entrance is not JEE then you can search for college which accepts the entrance and a government college. Your rank can get through a government college.
