Stick to ncert textbooks for concept. H C Verma and D c pandey will surely help you. But you need these books to solve mcqs. Atleast one book.
You can buy one book for each subject and stick to it. It is more than enough.
There are second hand books as well. So you can buy books at cheap rates.
Or you can join a library.
Also solve past 10 years papers it helps a lot.

NCERT is itself self sufficient for neet preparation but dc pandey and verma are more than enough. Just do previous years questions as well. You may look for some library where you don't need to pay for books.
