Srini, for being eligible for PWD certificate, you will go through the regular process of testing at any District Medical Centre. And then you get the Disability certificate which certifies that you are eligible for PWD reservation. Now, once you attend NEET Counselling and you get a seat, you need to get yourself assessed at any Disability Assessment Centres listed in the Page 72 of https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/ShowPdf and then they will assess you according to NMC guidelines.
