hai my son studying pre KG to +2 in KV(INS RAJALI) Tamilnadu,but native state is Andhra Pradesh(caste certificateand Aadar all belongs to AP), for example he qualified in NEET exam, which state is local and which state is non local at the time of counseling colleges I have a confusion

Your native state is Andhra Pradesh but the student has done all his study in Tamil Nadu. In this case Domicile certificate becomes more valuable. He'll be eligible to join a college with home state reservation for the state,o which you have attained a domicile certificate. The domicile certificate, is a certificate approved by the state government showing you're a part of that particular state. If you have got the domicile certificate with Andhra Pradesh you can go with Andhra otherwise apply through Tamil Nadu.
