Dear Shubham, you can download the Income Certificate application form at https://edisha.gov.in/. You will require Ration Card/Copy of Voter Id/Name in the Voters list, Self declaration Certificate, A copy of your school certificate, Aadhar card. Applicants income report verified by Patwari. This certificate is valid for 1 year and the processing time is 5-10 business days.

For you to be considered in EWS, you need to prove that the Income of the family is below the set limit. For that you need an Income certificate.

You need to reach out to the Tahsildar's office with these documents fora EWS certificate.
