Has IIT Roopar moved totally to permanent campus? On the website there seem to be buses plying between temporary and permanent campus.

IIT Ropar has started operating 90% from its permament campus in Roopnagar,Punjab, including Academic and Administration sections.
The new batch will probably be joining sometime in 2021, as most probably online classes with go on this year and the first half of next year.
