There is no quota for NRI. they are admitted through DASA( Direct admission to students abroad quota). To be eligible for the DASA quota, the only requirement is that a candidate should have appeared for and qualified their senior secondary certificate examination in a country other than India.
The deciding exam for admission through DASA is the SAT Subject test.
