have qualified for JEE advanced but unfortunately, I couldn't register myself I stipulated time. is there any way to register?

As per your question you cannot submit the application form of JEE Advanced after the time.
The date was from 3 May to 9th May.
So, don't worry, if you had prepared for it well then you can prepare for one more year and can score good marks to get good IITs.

No there's no way to register once the last date of registration has passed by. You have to remain attentive to these things..
