I have not qualified jee advanced, but i want to apply for nits through my jee mains rank. Is there a link where i can register for the counselling.

Hello aspirant,
Your admission to NIT will be done by CENTRAL SEAT ALLOCATION BOARD (CSAB) which gives score by that 40% boards + 60% jee mains kind of theory.
You can get admission to any of the NIT/IIIT if you have not qualified JEE Advanced. The only condition is that you should score good in JEE Mains.
Admission in NIT's is done through JEE Mains rank and has nothing to do with JEE Advance. So if your score is good in mains and you will definitely get a good NIT/IIIT.
