Having a domicile of West Bengal, can I apply for central pool quota in NEET 2019 in my state???? What is the procedure for the same???

To apply for Central Pool Quota, you've to appear for NEET 2019 counseling organized by Medical Counseling Committee a.k.a MCC. But for applying through Home State Quota, you've to appear in West Bengal MBBS Counselling. The procedures are different.
