Hi
You need to have biology subject as an optional one or as the main subject included in order to be eligible for NEET as per the requirement in the eligibility criteria.
Only PCM or PCM with any other subject except biology won't do. Biology is a must..

I guess you won't be able to that because you will need your 12th grade biology marks for your under graduation .
