The result for the first round is withheld.
If second round registration has started then please go on and register for the same and fill fresh new choices because those choices will be for second round itself and not for first round.

According to notice by mcc, the Result of First Round of MBBS/ BDS seats
for Wards of Insured Persons (IP) of ESIC has been withheld
till further orders.
It is a kindly advise
to not do anything regarding the round-2 unless there is some notice issued by mcc.
It is wise
to wait for the further notice for ESIC
as
you are unaware about the result of round-1 and unless the result publishes,
you couldn't get idea where you stand or which college you should choose.
