You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, AP State Government Medical Colleges are categorised into SVU, AU and OU areas. You need to be a local for that area to claim its local quota benefits. However, the cut offs for various areas in 2018 :
General category:
SVU: 458
AU: 473
OU: 454
For OBC:
SVU: 449
AU: 459
OU: 433
For SC:
SVU:365
AU: 380
OU: 375
For ST:
AU: 331
