Hello i am from mp and my neet score is 505 can i get private college? Also i am in general category.

Congratulations on scoring 500+ on your NEET examination. It takes a lot of hard work to crack the exam since there is tons of competition out there. Yes, you can definitly get a private medical college in MP with this score. The cutoff for general category student is 701-134 for the year 2019. I don't believe any government college option is possible with this score unless you take a drop and re-take the exam with 600+ score for excellent government colleges. The only trade off with private medical college is higher fee as compared to government colleges.
