Hello i am scoring 520 in neet 2019. I am from general category so what are the chances to get government medical college?

Hello dear
I am sorry to tell you dear but to get a medical college with 520 marks in neet is quite tough , actually anything less than 550 marks makes it difficult to get a medical seat in Government Medical College for general category under All India Quota , but there are chances that you may get a seat in 2nd counselling. So, don't lose hope, be positive.
