Hello I get 486 marks in neet the AIR:is 58k, category rank is 24k and staterank is 3361 in andhra Pradesh. So can anyone suggest best clg??

With 486 marks and belonging to any reserved category you can get medical colleges in AP through state quota. Since you have not mentioned your category so i will not be able to help you out with previous year cut off of colleges of AP. Here are few colleges in which you can get into.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
