Dear Ranjith, you haven't mentioned your Category and whether you are looking for All India Quota or State Quota.Tamilnadu has one of the highest cut offs in the country. In 2018, under All India Quota for Government Medical Colleges, the cut offs were:
General Category: 453
OBC: 548
SC: 417
ST: 401
Under State Quota the cut offs were:
General Category: 593
OBC: 591
SC: 550
ST: 522
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on the factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So your marks should be atleast 50-60 greater than previois year cut offs.

Hello aspirant,
It will be very difficult to get a seat in a government college. This year, there is an expected rise in the cut offs. The competition in West Bengal is quite vigorous. Candidates belonging to the first 200 state ranks also had AIR mong 5,000s for West Bengal. This implies that WB Test takers are highly competitive. For General Category, you must score a minimum of 550 marks to ensure a seat. Getting into a private college may also prove to be difficult. However, please don't loose hope. Keep your options open. Please remember, this is not the absolute dictum and ultimately, it will depend on your percentile.
Hope you understand,
Thank you

Hello Ranjit Kumar
Actually the cutoff marks we can't predict accurately based it will vary every year based on the competition and as well as the category so the marks you mentioned is the safest marks but for getting into the government college it will different for different categories
