Hello I have Punjab Domicile but if I pay separately for Himachal Pradesh counselling shall I come under HP quota seats?

Sorry dear,paying seperately for Himachal Pradesh couselling wont't bring you under HP Quota,as in many cases to acquire a state quota you also need to show that you did your 11 & 12 from that state,they don't just take you like this.
