Yes, Karnataka has such quotas for candidates who have studied in Karnataka and fulfill the different eligibility codes they have specified. You should basically be a Karnataka domicile candidate. Apart from this, you should also successfully clear NEET. Then, with your NEET score, you will be able to apply for the quotas mentioned by you once the Karnataka Examination Authority conducts admissions for the 85% State Quota seats in the medical and dental colleges of the state from July onwards.
