See 390 is a low mark in NEET 2019. Since you have the various categories applicable for you I will suggest do not miss any of the counseling rounds.
It is tough to get an MBBS Medical College at your rank.
You can get into other courses like BAMS.
Also, you can try for private medical colleges.
