hello i have study my 1st to 8th from up and then done my 9 and 10th 11th &12th from mahrshtra from ssc or hsc or state board and i have to take admission in up medical collage mbbs so i am eligible for reservation quota 85% ??? and also i have up domicile

Dear Alok, both Maharashtra and UP do not have Institutional quota. Institutional quota means you get to claim 85% State Quota from the State you have completed your 10+@. Now because either Maharashtra or UP do not have Institutional Quota, you have to appear for State Counselling of the State that you are a native of and hold the domicile of. Now as you have UP domicile, though you havent studied your 10+2 in UP, you shall still have to participate in UP State Counselling. That is your only option. You will be eligible for UP 85% State Quota.
