Hello, I m scoring 440+ and my category is OBC can I get any Semi Government MBBS college ????

Your score is good but I am afraid it may be low .500+ is a safe score for government college and even semi-govt. colleges.The cutoff is based on total seat intake,the number of applications received by the Institute for admission,the exam's difficulty level,the performance of applicants in the NEET 2020 ,previous years’ cutoff trends, etc.Admission can be taken under the home state quota or all India quota. Usually may be easier for you under home state quota. You can anyways get good private colleges. Since you haven't mentioned your state I am unable to tell the state closing ranks.
