Hello, i qualified gate 2017 but not registered for tspgecet2019. Date over. Can i attend certificate verification without registration?

Dear student, as you have not registered for the counselling process of TS pgecet 2019, you cannot directly go for certificate verification directly on the basis of qualification in GATE examination. You will have to first register for the counselling process and then you will be eligible to get a college.
